For one of its private client, Actimar has deployed a monitoring network composed by three oceanographic radars to measure the sea surface current off South Africa.

This area presents strong temporal and spatial variations of the current disrupting his client’s activities. The service of supplying current measurements in real time will allow to better anticipate, to plan and to reduce the risks of their operations.

This installation is a world first for the use of oceanographic radars to meet private business needs.
